What is Yayem?
We are the digital membership for the globally mobile, the ever-curious and the fun-forward. Our app is your passport to global living.
How often can I visit the Y Country House and the Y Casita?
Y Pass Unlimited members can visit both locations as much as they want!! They can also host events and bring guests.
Y Pass+ members have up to 24 visits annually to both houses (combined).
Y Pass members don’t have access to spaces, but don’t fret! Day passes are available for purchase, subject to availability.
How often can I visit partner spaces (Ninho in Lisbon, Latitude in Cape Town, Colabora in Mexico City and more)?
This depends on the space - just check the Yayem app for details.
Are you a co-working space?
Nope! We’re much more than that. But all of our spaces are very laptop friendly.
Are monthly payments available?
Monthly payments are available for Y Pass+ and Y Pass Unlimited members, though paying for these annually will save you a bit of cash!
The standard Y Pass membership is only available with annual payments.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept USD ($), GBP (£) and EUR (€) for all membership fees.
Who can go on trips?
All trips are members only. Some trips may only be accessible for Y Pass+ and/or Y Pass Unlimited members.
What is the minimum commitment time?
There is no minimum commitment time for Y Pass membership because payment can only be made annually. For Y Pass+ and Y Pass Unlimited, the minimum commitment for those paying monthly is three months. There is no minimum commitment for those paying annually.
How many day passes can I purchase?
As a Y Pass member, you can purchase day passes to our spaces – however, they are subject to availability and Y Pass members are not allowed to bring guests. You can purchase a maximum of X passes per month.
Can guests come with me in the house or at our partner spaces?
We love new faces! Y Pass+ members can bring one guest to our spaces; partner spaces are handled separately - just reach out to your CM to book. Y Pass Unlimited members can bring up to two guests to our spaces; again, partner spaces are handled separately - just reach out to your CM to book.
What cities are you in?
We’re currently live in 100+ cities, and growing quickly! We have different offerings in different cities - just check the app to see where we are! (And feel free to tell us where to go next!)
Can I cancel / pause my membership?
Both YPass+ and Y Pass Unlimited memberships can be paused for up to two months per year. Cancellations can be done after the three-month commitment period by emailing renata@yayem.co.
